Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a self-driven Senior Account Manager for the North-West region, covering primarily the UK and Ireland. You will take ownership of profitable sales growth and customer relationships across assigned distribution accounts, collaborating with external partners and Danfoss units to grow through distribution channels.

The role offers a home-office or hybrid setup with an expected travel rate around 30% within the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree required.
• Proven sales/account management experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, fluid conveyance, or electrification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth plans with distribution partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage pipeline in CRM.
• Provide technical insight and involve specialists when needed.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across organisations.
• Collaborate across engineering, sales, supply chain and R&D to support customers.
• Monitor market trends and convert insights into actions with partners.
