You will develop account growth plans, work with partners, and leverage Danfoss technical expertise to drive end-customer value. Collaboration across multiple functions and a strong sales mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, account management or distribution.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, fluid conveyance, electronics or electrification.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication.
• Willingness to travel within role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth plans with distribution partners.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities; maintain CRM pipeline.
• Provide technical insight and involve specialists as needed.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
• Promote solutions and innovations to customers.
