Danfoss is seeking a self-driven Senior Account Manager for the North-West region, covering the UK and Ireland. You will take ownership of profitable sales growth and customer relationships across distribution accounts, collaborating with external partners and other Danfoss units to expand our business via distribution channels.

The role offers home-office or hybrid working, with an expectation of approximately 30% travel within the UK & Ireland.

Qualifikationen

• Degree level education in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, account management or distribution.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, fluid conveyance, electronics and/or electrification.
• Motivation to drive results through strong partnerships.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed, international environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, independent working style and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English – written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute account growth plans to strengthen distribution partners and hit sales/profitability goals.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities using the CRM to maintain a transparent pipeline.
• Provide technical insight and guide partners on when specialist expertise is needed.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and support partners in local markets.
• Promote current solutions and innovations and demonstrate customer value.
• Collaborate across engineering, sales, order management, product management, supply chain and R&D to ensure coordinated support.
• Monitor competitors and market/tech trends and translate insights into actions with partners.
