Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions Segment is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead OEM account management across the UK and Ireland. This home-based role requires regular travel to customer sites in the UK and Ireland, with a preference for candidates based in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in Account Management or Sales within a technical environment.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow designated OEM accounts across the UK.
• Build strong customer relationships as the primary Danfoss commercial contact.
• Understand customer organisations, product portfolios, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions on Danfoss products and solutions.
• Support strategic account planning and coordinate activity across international customer organisations.
