Danfoss is seeking a self-driven Senior Account Manager for the North-West region, covering the UK and Ireland. You will own profitable sales growth and manage distribution accounts, partnering with external partners and Danfoss units to expand our business via distribution.

The role is home-office based or hybrid, with about 30% travel mainly within the UK & Ireland, and offers the chance to influence market strategy and build long-term customer relationships across key accounts.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or related field is required.
• Proven track record in sales, account management or distribution.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, fluid conveyance, electronics, or electrification is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Develop and execute account growth plans with distribution partners.
