Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our EMEA sales team responsible for strategic OEM accounts across the UK and Ireland. This is a home-based role with regular travel to customer sites throughout the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for a Bachelor-qualified engineer with a proven track record in account management, sales development or project management within a technical environment, supported by excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in Account Management, Sales Development, or Project Management within a technical environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English with willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with designated OEM accounts across the UK.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary Danfoss commercial contact.
• Understand customer organisations, product portfolios, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions on Danfoss products and solutions.
• Support strategic account planning and, where required, coordinate activity across international customer organisations.
