Job summary

Litera seeks a Senior Director, Professional Services to lead the solutions engineering team, shaping how Litera’s technology delivers outcomes for law firms and legal departments worldwide. You will influence strategy, drive client value, and partner across Sales, Product, and Consulting.

Hybrid role based in London, Raleigh, or New Jersey, with in-office presence required at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering technical solutions and leading engineering teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and people leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the solutions engineering team and build a high-performing culture.
• Ensure client solutions are scalable, technically sound, and grounded in best practices.
• Strengthen client relationships and drive high levels of satisfaction through consultative delivery.
• Define and track KPIs for leadership visibility into team performance and impact.
• Deepen cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Consulting to deliver seamless client experiences.
