Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar leadership role.
• Experience delivering technical solutions and leading engineering teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and people leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in relevant engineering tools and technologies.
• Nice-to-have: Master's degree or advanced certifications.
• Strong data analysis skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the solutions engineering team, building a high-performing culture that aligns execution with business goals.

• Strengthen client relationships and drive high levels of satisfaction through effective, consultative delivery.
