Job summary

Litera is seeking a senior leader to direct the solutions engineering team, shaping strategy and culture to deliver scalable, technically sound client solutions globally. You will act as a trusted adviser, deepen cross-functional alignment, and drive customer satisfaction through consultative delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering technical solutions with data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success delivering technical solutions and leading engineering teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and people leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and technologies.
• Master's degree or advanced certifications preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making experience.
• Results-oriented mindset and passion for innovation and technical excellence.
• High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the solutions engineering team.
• Build a high-performing culture aligned with business goals.
• Ensure client solutions are scalable, technically sound, and grounded in industry best practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Strengthen client relationships and drive high levels of satisfaction through consultative delivery.
• Define and track KPIs for team performance and impact.
• Deepen cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Consulting.
• Deliver seamless client experiences and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead the solutions engineering team responsible for turning Litera's legal technology into outcomes for law firms and legal departments worldwide.
