A prominent healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Senior Digital Specialist to join their Digital Services Infrastructure team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will provide IT support to 1,800 staff and manage 2,500 client devices, demonstrating strong technical skills especially in Microsoft environments. This role requires excellent communication and organizational abilities, along with a can-do attitude towards troubleshooting IT issues. This post is Fixed/Secondment for up to 21 months to meet the needs of the service.

An opportunity for a Senior Digital Specialist has arisen within the Digital Services Infrastructure team at Velindre University NHS Trust. The role will be a full time on-site position, equally supporting Velindre Cancer Centre in Whitchurch, Cardiff and the Welsh Blood Service at Talbot Green and will be based at both sites.
The Digital Services team is a fast-paced environment with over 17,000 calls logged in the past twelve months. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and tight timescales whilst providing first class customer service for 1,800 staff and 2,500 client devices.
You will have a passion for innovation, a keen interest in advancing technology and will want to develop current IT support skills.
English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
