Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Senior Digital Merchandiser to lead the online growth of Services (Tyres, Repair and Service/MOT) and own merchandising, range management, and content accuracy across Halfords and National websites.

You will optimise the customer journey, improve bookings and conversion, and ensure clear help content that supports informed purchasing decisions and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital merchandising strategy across Services (Tyres, Repairs and Service/MOT) to drive online sales and bookings.
• Manage and optimise product content, imagery, specifications, categorisation and SEO.
• Use data and performance insights to drive improvements in conversion and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, SEO and Customer Contact teams on promotions and opportunities.
• Support testing, website developments and trading priorities with best-practice guidance.
