Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Senior Digital Merchandiser to lead the online Services proposition (Tyres, Repair and Service/MOT) and optimise merchandising across Halfords’ platforms. You will own content accuracy, imagery, copy, attribution and SEO while driving bookings, conversions and overall online performance.

Based in Redditch with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, SEO and Customer teams to launch new products and improve the customer journey with

Responsibilities

• Own the digital merchandising strategy across Services to drive online sales, bookings and performance.
• Manage and optimise content, imagery, specifications, categorisation and SEO for accuracy and engagement.
• Use data to drive improvements in customer experience, conversion and commercial results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, SEO and Customer Contact teams to deliver promotions and insights.
• Support testing, website developments and trading priorities with best-practice merchandising.
