Job summary

HP Recruitment is recruiting an eCommerce Manager for an ambitious SME, owning the D2C channel and driving online revenue in a multi-million pound ecommerce operation.

You will oversee CRM activities and work with agencies across PPC, SEO, and other performance channels, applying strong analytics to improve conversion and digital performance. Expect a hands-on SME environment with one day a fortnight in the West Midlands office.

Qualifications

• eCommerce and online trading experience within a consumer-facing business.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving online growth.
• Knowledge of CRM and digital acquisition channels including PPC and SEO advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with autonomy in an SME environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the website and its commercial performance with real ownership of the multi-million pound channel.
• Drive online revenue and optimize conversion, acquisition, and digital performance.
• Oversee CRM activity and collaborate with agencies across CRM, PPC, and SEO.
• Analyse performance, test ideas, and contribute across different areas of digital/eCommerce.
• React quickly in a close-knit SME environment and take ownership of results.
