Job summary

Halfords Careers is recruiting a Customer Propositions Manager (12 month FTC) in Redditch, Worcestershire, hybrid working three days on site. The role focuses on designing and delivering customer propositions for Garage & Mobile Services, driving growth across B2C and Fleet segments.

You will translate strategy into scalable solutions, engage stakeholders, and coordinate end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of our customer base to inform proposition development.
Identify strategic opportunities and translate challenges into end-to-end delivery plans.
Design customer propositions, defining customer experience and delivery processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to design, test, pilot and launch propositions.
Build robust business cases and investment papers for funding and approvals.
Communicate proposition strategies across the business and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Oversee pilots and refine solutions before rollout with operational teams.
Support go-to-market planning with Marketing for compelling messaging.
Champion innovation to enhance customer experiences and drive value.
