Are you an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive ready to take the lead in driving digital growth and performance? We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing business, helping shape its online presence through expert management of SEO, PPC, and website optimisation.

This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact — you’ll spend two days per week in Harrogate, collaborating with a supportive and ambitious team, while enjoying flexibility for remote working the rest of the week.

The Role

As Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering measurable growth across digital channels. You’ll manage paid search activity, improve organic rankings, and enhance website conversion rates through data-driven insights and continuous optimisation.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social channels to drive quality leads.
  • Enhancing website performance, UX, and conversion rates through testing and analytics.
  • Using AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, keyword targeting, and campaign analysis.
  • Conducting keyword research, on‑page and technical SEO improvements, and competitor analysis.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and ROI using Google Analytics and related tools.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with strong hands‑on expertise in SEO and PPC.
  • Proven success improving website performance and paid campaign efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads.
  • Experience using AI tools for digital marketing or automation.
  • A proactive, data‑driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and working both independently and collaboratively.
