Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth, demand generation and brand development across priority markets. You’ll own integrated campaigns, ABM and performance measurement, aligning with Sales, Customer Success and Product.

You’ll drive AI-driven targeting, automation and Martech initiatives to improve results, while reporting on funnel metrics and ROI. This role requires 6+ years in B2B marketing and a collaborative, startup/scale-up mindset.

Qualifications

• ://6+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation or campaign management.
• Strong experience developing campaign strategies and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to link marketing investment to revenue growth and return on investment.
• Expertise in account-based marketing, audience segmentation, pipeline generation and campaign activation.
• Strong analytical and performance-reporting skills, with a commercial and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Form3’s digital growth and demand generation strategy.
• Create go-to-market plans for products, propositions, markets and strategic announcements.
• Create integrated, multi-channel programmes that generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads and pipeline.
• Build account-based marketing programmes for high-value prospects and strategic accounts.
• Use AI, automation and marketing technology to improve targeting, personalisation, lead generation and campaign performance.
• Monitor performance across the marketing funnel and make insight-led recommendations.
• Improve website performance, conversion rates, user journeys and marketing-driven engagement.
