Job summary

Endava is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead global demand generation and growth programs across regions. You will own the full funnel—from awareness to conversion—driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth and reporting impact to senior leadership.

You will build and scale a Center of Excellence for campaigns, events, and ABM, while enabling regional field marketing teams to execute consistently and locally. Strong leadership and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a global or multi-regional marketing leadership role.
• Proven expertise in demand generation and full-funnel marketing across multiple channels.
• Experience leading high-performing marketing teams in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global growth strategies across digital, ABM, content, events and nurture programs.
• Lead the full demand generation funnel to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
• Build a Centre of Excellence for campaigns, events, and ABM; enable regional teams.
• Define target audiences and go-to-market plans with Sales and Leadership.
• Establish thought leadership through events, webinars, and publications.
