Job summary

Anonymous is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own B2B acquisition, lead generation and performance marketing. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads, building a robust pipeline and delivering measurable commercial results.

You’ll influence across paid channels, work with Sales to optimise the funnel and continually improve ROI, with ownership of key metrics and budgets to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B performance marketing / demand generation experience.
• Proven track record of delivering lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Hands-on experience across paid digital acquisition channels.
• Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and lead lifecycle.
• Experience working with Sales and commercial teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-led approach to optimisation.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI / CAC / CPL / pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the B2B performance marketing strategy with lead generation and pipeline at its core.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and other digital acquisition channels.
• Take ownership of metrics including leads, CPL, CAC, conversion, MQLs, SQLs and pipeline.
• Work with Sales to ensure marketing generates high-quality, commercially valuable leads.
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify improvements.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure spend delivers a strong commercial return.
• Test and optimise audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages and journeys.
• Identify opportunities to scale lead generation and improve acquisition efficiency.
• Build reporting showing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Collaborate with CRM, content and wider marketing teams to improve the journey from first interaction to conversion.
