Job summary

Form3, a 100% remote, flexible payments technology firm, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth and demand generation across priority markets. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll blend strategic ownership with hands-on execution in integrated campaigns, ABM, digital acquisition and performance measurement.

You’ll shape campaigns, leverage AI and marketing tech to improve targeting and results, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation or campaign management.
• Strong experience developing campaign strategies and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to link marketing investment to revenue growth and ROI.
• Expertise in account-based marketing, audience segmentation, pipeline generation and campaign activation.
• Practical experience using AI, automation and marketing technology to improve campaign performance.
• Strong digital marketing capability across websites, landing pages, email, paid media, search and social, with the breadth and depth to lead an integrated digital strategy.
• Strong analytical and performance-reporting skills, combined with a commercial and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Experience within technology, SaaS, Fintech or payments.
• Familiarity with tooling such as Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Cognism, ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Form3’s digital growth and demand generation strategy.
• Create go-to-market plans for products, propositions, markets and strategic announcements.
• Create integrated, multi-channel programmes that generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads and pipeline.
• Build account-based marketing programmes for high-value prospects and strategic accounts.
• Use AI, automation and marketing technology to improve targeting, personalisation, lead generation and campaign performance.
• Monitor performance across the marketing funnel and make insight-led recommendations.
• Improve website performance, conversion rates, user journeys and marketing-driven engagement.
