Job summary

Blend seeks a Senior Strategist to design and drive integrated demand generation across the full buyer journey for mid-market B2B clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, shaping campaigns across paid, social, content, events, and conversion-focused website strategy to grow pipeline and revenue.

You will translate data into actionable plans, guide client messaging and content, and work closely with HubSpot specialists on automation and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B strategy and planning within an agency context.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract marketing/web insights.
• Proven experience leading client workshops and presentations.
• Experience applying AI/automation to improve workflows or performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated demand generation programmes for mid-market B2B clients.
• Lead campaigns across AEO, paid, social, content, events, and website strategy.
• Shape CRM automation and sales enablement to support demand.
• Partner with HubSpot specialists on automation and CRM implementations.
