Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth, demand gen and brand across priority markets. You’ll own go-to-market programs, run integrated campaigns, and build ABM for top accounts, leveraging AI and marketing tech to boost targeting, personalisation, and results.

You will report to the Marketing Director and collaborate across Sales, CS, Product and Marketing to align activity with commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation or campaign management.
• Strong experience developing campaign strategies and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to link marketing investment to revenue growth and ROI.
• Expertise in account-based marketing, audience segmentation, pipeline generation and campaign activation.
• Practical experience using AI, automation and marketing technology to improve campaign performance.
• Strong digital marketing capability across websites, landing pages, email, paid media, search and social, with the breadth and depth to lead an integrated digital strategy.
• Strong analytical and performance-reporting skills, with a commercial and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Form3's digital growth and demand generation strategy.
• Create go-to-market plans for products, propositions, markets and strategic announcements.
• Create integrated, multi-channel programmes that generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads and pipeline.
• Build account-based marketing programmes for high-value prospects and strategic accounts.
• Use AI, automation and marketing technology to improve targeting, personalisation, lead generation and campaign performance.
• Monitor performance across the marketing funnel and make insight-led recommendations.
• Improve website performance, conversion rates, user journeys and marketing-driven engagement.
