You will design and execute integrated digital, website, and CRM strategies that directly support commercial targets, working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with deep execution capability and a strong commercial mindset.
The role will involve
- Own the digital and CRM growth strategy across the group, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes.
- Act as the internal owner of HubSpot, responsible for CRM strategy, structure, lifecycle management, segmentation, automation, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Design, build, and optimise multi‑stage customer and lead journeys to improve lead quality, pipeline value, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead performance marketing activity across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and website optimisation, fully integrated with CRM.
- Partner closely with Sales to align digital and CRM activity with revenue targets, improving lead handover, conversion, and pipeline performance.
- Own digital and CRM analytics, attribution, and reporting, translating insight into clear recommendations and action.
- Drive continuous testing and optimisation across channels and journeys using structured experimentation.
- Line‑manage and develop a small team of two, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Work cross‑functionally with content, design, product, and technology teams to deliver cohesive and high‑performing digital experiences.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and compliance across all digital platforms and CRM.
You’ll be joining a leading national training provider at an exciting time of growth and expansion, working in a fun and supportive environment in an organisation with a strong focus on people and culture.

About You
- Proven experience in a senior digital or growth marketing role, with clear revenue impact in a predominantly B2B environment.
- Strong experience delivering B2B demand generation and lead nurture strategies, working closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth and conversions; any B2C exposure seen as beneficial but secondary to a clear focus on longer B2B buying cycles and multiple decision makers.
- Demonstrable experience owning and scaling a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot, within a complex or multi‑brand environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, marketing automation, data hygiene, lifecycle management, and attribution.
- Hands on experience across paid media, SEO, email, and website optimisation, with a focus on lead quality rather than volume alone.

- Previous people management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a small team.
