Job summary

NEW LOOK is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst within Customer to turn data into actionable insights about how customers behave on our digital channels. You will balance project work, ongoing analysis and enabling teams to self-serve, while specialising in a particular area.

You will collaborate with digital, ecommerce and analytics teams to ensure we collect the right data, automate reporting where possible, and present clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into insights for multiple teams.
• Able to communicate analytics to non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights into customer behaviour on digital channels and present in dashboards or reports.
• Develop reporting and processes through automation and new technologies.
• Collaborate with digital, ecommerce and analytics teams to prioritise and deliver data needs.
• Support stakeholders with training on reporting tools and self-serve data.
• Translate business goals into analytics requirements and drive actions from insights.
• Promote analytics tools and data usage across the business.
