Job summary

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills to query and manipulate large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reporting, analysis, and insight to support digital commerce and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions using web analytics and BI tools.
• Analyse customer journeys, campaign performance, conversion funnels, and online behaviour.
• Develop clear recommendations that support data-driven decision making.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Support experimentation programmes, including A/B testing and performance measurement.
• Validate tracking implementations and ensure the accuracy of digital analytics data.
• Conduct QA testing across tagging, event tracking, and data collection frameworks.
• Monitor key KPIs and provide insight into performance trends and opportunities.
