Job summary

Virtual Hire Staffing in Bristol is seeking a Digital Analytics Lead to head a team of analysts and shape how we measure and improve customer experience across our digital and offline channels.

You will own the measurement strategy end to end—from tagging and data quality through to dashboards, self-service reporting and deep-dive analysis—and make sure analytics sits at the heart of how the business makes decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a digital analytics team with stakeholder trust.
• Strong hands-on and strategic experience across SQL, Python, and modern analytics platforms.
• Deep expertise in event-based measurement, tagging strategy and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of digital analysts, setting quality standards and career growth.
• Own digital measurement strategy including event design, tagging, data quality and governance across web and app.
• Build dashboards and self-service data products enabling teams to answer questions with deep-dive analyses when needed.
• Partner with product, marketing, digital and engineering to embed analytics into delivery and experimentation.
• Oversee analytics tooling and implementations across Snowflake, Amplitude and Qualtrics.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative data for a rounded view of the customer.
• Keep the team and business ahead on analytics tools, techniques and privacy-aware measurement.
