Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead deployment architecture and optimise CI/CD across our on-prem estate. You’ll help shape and roll out our Kubernetes platform, drive automation, and security-conscious delivery within engineering teams.

You’ll own deployment pipelines, guardrails, and migration strategies to ship value rapidly while maintaining platform stability. Join a team that values collaboration and pragmatic problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a people-first culture.
• Expertise with Ansible: roles, inventories, vault, idempotent playbooks.
• Production experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Strong scripting in Bash and Python.
• Experience with GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux).
• Familiarity with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager).
• Ability to drive outcomes autonomously and pragmatically.

Responsibilities

• BAU & Platform Stability: contribute to deployment automation and maintain health of the cluster; document processes and runbooks.
• Kubernetes: shape platform design, standardise configurations, and migrate workloads to Kubernetes; build CI/CD pipelines and guardrails; enable observability.
