Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own deployment architecture and drive the Kubernetes platform rollout across our on-premise estate. You will be embedded with engineering teams, shaping how we deploy and scale workloads with autonomous control over CI/CD pipelines and guardrails.

This hands-on role offers real impact, collaborating with TechOps on platform maturity, observability, and secure, repeatable delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Ansible: roles, inventories, vault, idempotency.
• Comfortable with Docker and Docker Compose in production.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Strong scripting ability: Bash and Python.
• Experience with GitOps tooling: ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager).
• Ability to think pragmatically and deliver iteratively within existing stack.
• Methodical, security-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment architecture and CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments.
• Collaborate with TechOps to shape self-service workflows and standards.
• Migrate workloads to Kubernetes in controlled phases starting with non-critical environments.
• Build and maintain deployment runbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Drive platform stability, incident response, and post-mortems for engineering-led deployments.
• Develop and document observability, logging, and alerting strategies.
