Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to champion deployment architecture and modernise on-premise Kubernetes platform rollout. You will be embedded with engineering teams, driving CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and migration strategies to deliver rapid production value.

You will shape platform standards, document runbooks, and build self-service workflows with a security-conscious, pragmatic mindset, collaborating with TechOps and engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Ansible: roles, inventories, vault, idempotency.
• Strong Docker experience in production environments.
• Solid networking fundamentals.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• Experience with GitOps tooling: ArgoCD or Flux.
• Observability tooling experience: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager.
• Ability to think creatively within constraints and deliver iteratively.
• Security-conscious approach to work.

Responsibilities

• BAU & Platform Stability: maintain deployment automation and runbooks, monitor health, participate in post-mortems.
• Kubernetes: contribute to platform design, standardise configurations, drive migrations, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement observability.
• Create developer self-service documentation and runbooks to enable safe self-serve deployments.
• Own the deployment lifecycle and guardrails for rapid, safe production releases.
• Collaborate with TechOps to ensure platform stability and scalability.
