Partnerize is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive deployment architecture, containerisation, and CI/CD across our Kubernetes platform. You’ll shape guardrails, migrate workloads, and enable fast, safe production delivery within an on-premise to cloud-enabled stack.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with teams across disciplines.
• Extensive Ansible experience: roles, inventories, vault, idempotency.
• Comfort with Docker and Docker Compose in production.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Scripting ability in Bash and Python.
• Experience with GitOps tooling: ArgoCD or Flux.
• Familiarity with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki or similar.
• Pragmatic, security-conscious approach and autonomous delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment guardrails for Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with TechOps to design self-service workflows and standards.
• Migrate workloads to Kubernetes, starting non-critical environments to build confidence.
• Set up application observability, metrics, logging, and alerting.
• Create and maintain runbooks and templates for repeatable deployments.
