Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead deployment architecture and champion our Kubernetes platform. You will work within engineering teams to modernise how we deploy and scale workloads, owning CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and migration strategies.

This hands-on role requires autonomy, strong Ansible, Kubernetes, and GitOps experience, plus the ability to collaborate across teams and drive secure, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; people-first culture.
• Experience with Ansible: roles, inventories, vault, idempotency.
• Comfortable with Docker and Docker Compose in production environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Strong scripting ability: Bash and Python.
• Experience with GitOps tooling: ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager).
• Ability to plan pragmatically within real-world constraints; drive outcomes autonomously.
• Security-conscious approach to deployment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize deployment architecture and CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes platform.
• Collaborate with TechOps to shape self-service workflows, guardrails, and standards.
• Migrate existing workloads to Kubernetes with phased approach in non-critical environments.
• Build and maintain deployment runbooks, templates, and self-service documentation.
• Ensure application observability with metrics, logging, and alerting in namespaces.
