Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive deployment architecture and platform maturity. You will work within engineering squads to optimise day-to-day delivery on our on-premise estate and shape the new Kubernetes platform for scalable workloads.

You’ll own CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and migration strategies, enabling safe, rapid value delivery to production while collaborating with TechOps and software engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a people-first culture
• Hands-on with Ansible: roles, inventories, vault and idempotency
• Production experience with Docker and Docker Compose
• Solid networking fundamentals
• Scripting ability in Bash and Python
• Experience with GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux)
• Familiarity with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager)
• Ability to plan pragmatically and deliver iteratively within existing constraints
• Security-conscious and methodical approach

Responsibilities

• BAU & Platform Stability: use Ansible-based deployment automation and maintain runbooks
• Kubernetes: shape engineering self-service workflows, standardise configurations, and drive migrations
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments with guardrails
• Implement application observability and develop self-service documentation for engineers
