Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and champion the deployment architecture that drives our platform maturity. You'll be embedded within our engineering teams, optimizing day-to-day delivery across our on-premise estate while acting as the key engineering stakeholder to help shape, configure, and roll out our new Kubernetes platform, modernising how we deploy and scale workloads.

This is a hands-on role with real impact.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; people-first culture.
• Strong, demonstrable experience with Ansible: roles, inventories, vault, idempotency.
• Comfortable with Docker and Docker Compose in production environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Strong scripting ability: Bash and Python.
• Experience with GitOps tooling: ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager).
• Autonomously drive outcomes with security-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• BAU & Platform Stability: maintain health and runbooks for the cluster.
• Kubernetes: shape engineering self-service workflows and standards; migrate workloads safely.
• Build deployment pipelines: CI/CD for Kubernetes deployments with guardrails.
• Implement observability: metrics, logging, alerts in namespaces.
• Document deployment runbooks and templates for onboarding.
