Senior Developer - D365 CE & Power Platform

We are looking for a Senior D365 CE & Power Platform Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering modern, scalable solutions across enterprise programmes.

What You’ll Do

• Develop high-quality solutions across Dynamics 365 CE apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Build and enhance AI-driven capabilities using Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure AI services .
• Participate in solution design discussions, contributing technical insight to architecture, estimation, and delivery planning.
• Customise, extend, and integrate Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, JavaScript, PowerFx, Dataverse, Azure Functions, and modern development patterns.
• Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and reusable solution components.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and project teams to deliver end-to-end Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
• Support client workshops, requirements gathering, and demos where needed—showcasing the art of the possible from a developer’s perspective.
• Ensure best practices for code quality, performance, security, and lifecycle management across environments.

Key Experience & Skills

• 5+ years technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Field Service), including configuration, customisation, and extensions.
• Strong hands‑on development experience with the Power Platform —Canvas & Model‑Driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse, and Power BI integrations.
• Practical experience building solutions using Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Foundry , or similar AI / ML‑based Microsoft technologies.
• Proven background in Microsoft partner or enterprise delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, data modelling, automation, and integration patterns across the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that drive process optimisation and enhanced customer experiences.
• Experience working in fast‑paced delivery teams with a consultative, solution‑focused approach.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering excellence in the Microsoft Business Applications space.
