Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in SEN, residential, or learning disability support.
• Capable of modelling positive practices for staff.
• Energetic and resilient attitude necessary for the role.

Responsibilities

• Support children with hygiene, education, routines, and active play.
• Respond to behaviours with calm, consistent strategies.
• Encourage children's independence through prompting, teaching, and play.
