Job summary

Filigran, a remote-first cybertech company, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager based in the UK to join the Customer Success Team. You will own the full customer lifecycle, drive onboarding and adoption, and collaborate with support, sales, and product to align delivery with business goals.

Expect regional responsibilities across EMEA and occasional travel. You’ll work with CSEs, CPA, and cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, renewals, and value realization for 6,000+

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles in cybersecurity.
Experience supporting national and regional customers in the EMEA region.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with security tooling.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, async-first environment.
Experience with CRM/CSM tools and tracking customer journey metrics.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full customer lifecycle: kickoff, onboarding, adoption, training, renewal.
Build proactive relationships with customers in the EMEA region.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
Collaborate with CSEs and CPA to ensure effective delivery.
Collect customer feedback to improve product and service quality.
Track success metrics and inform engagement strategies.
Occasional travels to meet customers and attend events.
