UpGuard is hiring a Customer Success Manager to onboard and enable customers globally from a remote UK base. You will lead ongoing engagements, deliver resources and training, and partner with Product, Sales and Marketing to translate customer needs into effective, tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive health monitoring, renewal ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customers achieve the platform's full value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success and account management with enterprise clients.
• Proven track record driving renewal and growth in a book of business.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to articulate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
• Provide resources including success plans and tailored training sessions.
• Organize regular check-in calls and engage customers early to maximize value.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored UpGuard solutions across teams.
• Monitor customer health and intervene with proactive education to realize expected value.
• Advocate for customers and brief internal teams on risks, insights, and expansion opportunities.
