Job summary

Sapio Sciences is seeking an experienced Customer Success leader to drive strategic relationships and value realization for life sciences clients in the UK. You’ll foster trusted partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments of Sapio’s lab informatics platform.

You will own customer health metrics, onboarding efficiencies, and ongoing advocacy, ensuring customers achieve long-term success and maximum ROI across Sapio solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics or related field.
• 10+ years in customer success or account management in scientific software.
• Experience with ELN/LIMS and AI in Life Sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on value realization.
• Guide onboarding and ensure successful deployment of Sapio solutions.
• Monitor customer health metrics and drive adoption and renewals.
• Collaborate with Commercial team on account plans and expansion opportunities.
