The role requires a strong background in customer success within life sciences, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to client sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years experience in customer success in life sciences.
• Excellent communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with life sciences customers.
• Guide onboarding, adoption, and success planning with clients.
• Monitor and report on customer health metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and support to ensure customer outcomes.
• Develop account plans and value-driven outreach across the lifecycle.
• Act as customer advocate to influence product and process improvements.
