Job summary

ChampionX is seeking a proactive Senior Customer Service Representative in Aberdeen to support day-to-day sales, order processing and operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with plants, logistics and sales to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

The role requires strong multi-tasking, excellent communication, and attention to detail, with experience in Excel/Office 365 and ERP systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service or order processing is preferred.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem solving.
• Experience with Excel, Word and Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planners and Sales teams.
• Manage customer orders from input to invoicing and returns/credits.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries and assist with stock coordination.
• Attend daily plant meetings and communicate issues to Sales/customers.
