Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment near Cambridge. You will manage end-to-end customer orders, respond to queries and liaise with internal teams to ensure deliveries run smoothly.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are essential, with experience in SAP/CRM systems and strong administrative abilities. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with an early finish every Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or sales.
• Excel proficiency is essential.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing or SAP knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer order process
• Respond to customer queries and provide regular updates
• Process PO changes, returns, repairs and rework orders
• Liaise with Production and Purchasing to resolve shortages and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate customer and order information across SAP/CRM systems
• Prepare quotations and work with customer BOMs and drawings
• Support sales forecasts, job costing, stock takes and audits
