Job summary

XP Power is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide direct support to Sales Managers in developing existing and prospective customers to meet growth targets. You will handle calls, inquiries, and order status updates, and assist with creating and processing orders to maximise orders and customer satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or above.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Great organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Adaptable, professional and a team player.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP would be an advantage.
• European language skills in French, Italian or German are desired.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Answering customer inquiries and following up with customers about their order status.
• Dealing with incoming sales enquiries promptly to maximise orders.
• Creating and processing orders in a timely manner and reviewing pending orders.
• Managing customer accounts and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders and account statuses.
• Be the point of contact and assist Key account managers/Area Sales Managers.
• Become competent in all working practices and assist in smooth customer support.
• Maintain projects in line with company rules and provide accurate forecasts.
• Proactively follow-up and close repeat orders for production projects and others.
• General administration support for the sales area.
• Undertake general office duties as required.
