Job summary

Acumed Ltd. is seeking a focused Business Services Specialist to interact with internal and external customers, handling product orders, data requests, quotes, and complaints.

The role emphasizes accurate order processing, billing, data output, and continuous improvement of processes within the team. The position involves using SAP and GHX tools, providing timely, professional support, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet regulatory and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and EDI/AI systems.
• Experience with GHX workflows and order management.

Responsibilities

• Provide an every-call answered telephone service within the department between 08:30 and 17:00 with urgency.
• Process and oversee customer orders through SAP and EDI/AI systems, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage loan billing activities in SAP with appropriate reporting.
• Liaise with courier providers for collections, deliveries, and investigations of missing goods.
• Handle complaints and route through the correct complaints process.
• Support audits, compliance activities and quality improvement initiatives.
