Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy manufacturing team in the Cambridge area. You will manage end-to-end order processing and respond to customer queries.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are essential, with SAP knowledge desirable. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting, enjoying close collaboration with internal teams. This is a full-time, permanent role with an early finish every Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or sales.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills – essential.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer order process.
• Respond to customer queries and provide regular updates.
• Process PO changes, returns and rework orders.
• Liaise with Production and Purchasing to resolve shortages and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in SAP/CRM systems.
• Prepare quotations and work with customer BOMs and drawings.
• Support sales forecasts, job costing, stock takes and audits.
