A prominent healthcare organization in Tees Valley is seeking a Senior Culture and Organisational Development Consultant. This role involves implementing a comprehensive OD and education strategy, leading training programs, and providing expert guidance to staff across various levels. The SeniorCulture and Organisational Development Consultant (RJLC) is responsible for implementing the Restorative, Just and Learning Culture OD and education strategy for University Hospitals Tees (UHT). Supported by the Culture and OD Practitioner and wider Leadership and OD team, they will provide expert training, guidance and coaching support to colleagues from mixed professional backgrounds at all levels across the organisational structure of UHT.
The post holder will be overall responsible for the Culture and OD Practitioner (B7) and the aligned Leadership and Improvement Facilitator (B6), whilst also supporting management and supervision of the Group-wide department in support of the Group Head of Leadership and OD and other Senior Partners.
The post holder will be one of 3 key liaisons, after the Group Head of Leadership and OD, within UHT for culture development and OD and they will work with external partners, learning providers and key stakeholders for UHT, in relation to the broad remit of organisational development and will ensure that local priorities are delivered for the Group.
The post holder will lead on specific elements of the Group internal OD consultancy provision, whilst providing subject matter expertise around cultural development through an OD lens.
They will record, analyse and report metrics (qualitative and quantitative) around all matters related to service delivery and impact, both internally and externally as required.
