This key role will drive the full CRM ecosystem, manage a team, and act as a bridge between marketing and IT. Qualifications

• Proven CRM leadership experience, ideally within a multi-brand or high-volume environment.
• Strong technical platform knowledge, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar tools.
• Confident in bridging marketing and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy and delivery across 18+ brands in UK and US.
• Lead platform and CDP management, including ongoing migration to Iterable.
• Manage a team of CRM executives with potential for further responsibilities.
