Ultimate Performance is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to own CRM activity across 25 gyms and multiple international markets. You will design, manage, and optimise automated journeys and communications that drive engagement and commercial results.

You will leverage Bloomreach as the core CRM platform, with experience in Salesforce/HubSpot/Braze acceptable, and collaborate across Marketing and Operations to deliver timely, relevant messages that support onboarding, retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• CRM/lifecycle marketing experience in a multi-location business.
• Hands-on with Bloomreach or similar CRM/CDP platforms like Salesforce/HubSpot/Braze.
• Ability to design and optimise complex customer journeys.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer journey across lifecycle stages and markets.
• Deliver and optimise multi-channel CRM communications (email, WhatsApp, app).
• Use data and segmentation to drive personalised, high-impact campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Digital, Technology and Operations.
