As the Senior CRM Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining & configuring the CRM system to ensure its fit for purpose, data management & integrity, & implementing improvements to ensure the system underpins the firm’s strategy. You’ll work closely with Marketing colleagues & fee-earners on best practice, training, & adoption.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Central London with a 2/3 hybrid working arrangement. You’ll report to the firm’s CRM Manager & work with colleagues across the globe. This is an exciting time to join as they have lots of exciting projects coming up for you to get involved in.
