Job Description:

Sheffield/London Hybrid (office 3 days per week, WFH 2 days per week) OR Remote with monthly travel to London or Sheffield office (paid).

This role is standalone within our Tenancy Services team, operating independently from the Marketing team. As our first and only B2C Marketer, you’ll need to be comfortable with complete autonomy, showcasing our stand-up and delivering value!

Our mission:

• Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Goodlord's mission? To provide them with the best renting experience in the world.
• We started Goodlord to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: agents, landlords, and tenants. We anticipated a rise in tenants with higher digital expectations and aimed to provide a solution.
• It’s been a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using our platform, exciting products, and 350 Goodlordians supporting our mission!

The Opportunity:

• Own, manage, and optimize Tenant email marketing activities — strategy, delivery, and optimization — with potential expansion into Landlord marketing after building our tenant community.
• Manage and optimize partner strategies to maximize growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, primarily engineering, to ensure campaign optimization and effectiveness.

What we need from you:

• Significant experience designing, delivering, and optimizing B2C marketing campaigns with a track record of hitting commercial targets.
• Data proficiency to monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Expertise with HubSpot and workflows.
• Experience managing commercial relationships.
