Senior CRM Executive - Heritage Brand

Location: London

My client is seeking a dedicated Senior CRM Executive to join their established Digital Marketing team. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, a hybrid working model, and clear progression routes. The company is a renowned name in British Heritage fashion, based in central London.

Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails, enhancing the current email strategy for more personalized and automated marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the in-house studio team to develop creative assets and email content, ensuring timely delivery. You will also adopt best practices to brief, proof, build, and commission campaigns within the email platform. Additionally, analyzing and segmenting the email database to improve targeting and engagement is key.
