A technical understanding of CRM setup, functionality, and data quality best practices is required, with the ability to scope and implement improvements to support the firm's strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and optimize the CRM system, including data quality and system integrations.
  2. Support user requests and manage data change processes.
  3. Coordinate with developers on system upgrades and data feeds.
  4. Train and support users, develop training materials, and promote CRM best practices.
  5. Support reporting and project initiatives related to CRM and data management.
Skills and Attributes
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably InterAction or similar.
  • Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
Additional Information
  • Working hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with flexibility.
  • Probation: 12 weeks.
  • Notice period: 4 weeks.
